On Thursday, May 21, Kinzie Chophouse and Meats by Linz come together to celebrate more than 30 years of partnership with an intimate, one-night-only dinner rooted in craft, quality, and hospitality. Designed as a nose-to-tail experience, the evening unfolds across an eight-course tasting menu that showcases the full range of Meats by Linz products, from signature cuts to dry-aged selections, with each course telling a deeper story of sourcing, technique, and flavor.
