Designed as a nose-to-tail experience, the evening unfolds across an eight-course tasting menu that showcases the full range of Meats by Linz products, from signature cuts to dry-aged selections, with each course telling a deeper story of sourcing, technique, and flavor. Guests will be guided through the meal by the experts behind it, with insights into the cuts, aging process, and what sets this longstanding partnership apart, alongside thoughtfully paired wines to complement the richness of the menu. With just a limited number of seats, the experience reflects what Kinzie does best: bringing people together around exceptional ingredients, warm, personal service, and a shared appreciation for the traditions that have defined this Chicago steakhouse for 35 years.
