Every steak we’ve served for more than 30 years has come from Meats by Linz, the family-run Chicago purveyor that’s been part of our story nearly as long as we’ve been open. As we celebrate our 35th year in River North, we’re raising a glass to that partnership with a second collaboration dinner.
Expect an 8-course tasting menu built around Linz beef, with bread service, dessert and an optional wine pairing. Zac Linz, fourth generation of the Linz family and VP of Operations, joins us for the evening.
