Nicole Flevaris & Andreas Tsakonas
Husband and wife duo Nicole Flevaris and Andreas Tsakonas are the co-owners of Kinzie Chophouse. Since assuming ownership in 2019, they have carried forward Kinzie’s independent, woman-owned legacy while bringing new energy and a spirit of filoxenia—the Greek concept of extending warmth and generosity to every guest, or “a friend to a stranger” – to the space and the overall guest experience.
Together, Nicole and Andreas blend their complementary strengths to shape every part of the Kinzie experience. Andreas works closely with the kitchen to uphold culinary excellence, while Nicole oversees finance, marketing, and guest relations. Their partnership reflects the balance at the heart of Kinzie itself: classic yet current, refined yet welcoming, and unmistakably Chicago.
